Overview

The Professional Photography minor equips students with the technical and creative skills needed for commercial and applied photography. Through coursework in portrait, product, and digital media photography, students learn to produce high-quality images for real-world use. This career-focused minor is ideal for students in design, marketing, communications, or entrepreneurship looking to build a portfolio for freelance or client-based work. 

Admissions Requirements

Authorization from the student, adviser and Myers School of Art is required to add the Minor in Professional Photography.
