Overview

Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology focuses on the analysis, design and management of the resources, facilities and people involved in manufacturing processes. Students build a strong foundation in technical subjects, management techniques, work measurement, safety procedures, plant layout, quality control, maintenance, production control, economics and computer applications such as CAD, CNC and CAM.

Job placement in this high-demand field is extremely strong.

Our engineering students learn through experience. Our famed co-op program, one of the oldest in the country, provides students with paid industry experience. On average, students earn $47K over three co-op rotations, all while completing their degree. Within six months of graduation, our 2024 College graduates launched careers, pursued graduate school, or entered military service, with an average starting salary of $72K.
