Leadership and HR professionals create the conditions that allow employees and organizations to succeed. In this program, you’ll gain experience in workforce management, leadership development, and HR analytics—all grounded in practical application.
Our students have the opportunity to earn SHRM-CP certification through local company sponsorships, with a 96% pass rate. Graduates leave with both a degree and professional credentials, making them highly competitive in the job market.
Through our industry-connected advisory board of over twenty HR executives, you’ll build relationships that open doors and give you insight into current trends and best practices.
