The Public Relations minor gives students from any major the opportunity to develop professional communication skills. You’ll learn how to write compelling content, craft strategic messages, and build effective campaigns that connect with audiences. Whether you’re interested in working in corporate, nonprofit, or public sectors, this minor adds valuable credentials and practical experience to your degree.
Admissions Requirements
Students must meet the general admissions requirements for the University of Akron.
Students majoring in Public Relations cannot minor in Public Relations.
