Overview

The Organizational Supervision minor strengthens your ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively in professional environments. Students explore internal and external communication practices within businesses, nonprofits, and service groups. With courses in leadership, teamwork, and workplace communication, this minor provides valuable skills that complement any major and help prepare students to manage teams, resolve conflict, and contribute meaningfully to organizational success. 

Admissions Requirements

Students must meet the general admissions requirements for the University of Akron.

Students majoring in Organizational Supervision cannot minor in Organizational Supervision.
