Overview
Chemistry explains how matter behaves, from atoms and molecules to advanced materials. The Bachelor of Science in Chemistry builds a thorough foundation across analytical, biochemistry, inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry. You’ll turn theory into practice in progressive lab courses and faculty-mentored research while training on advanced instrumentation such as NMR, mass spectrometry, X-ray, and chromatography. With advising, internships, and co-ops to guide your path, you’ll graduate ready for entry-level roles in industry and government or for advanced study in chemistry and related fields.
