Professional & Academic Experience

Crystal Beiting is the Vice President, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance Shared Services for The J. M. Smucker Co., serving in this role since 2023. Crystal has held roles of increasing responsibility since joining The J. M. Smucker Co. in 2015, most recently serving as the Vice President, Internal Audit and, prior to that, as the Assistant Controller. Crystal has experience leading Corporate Accounting, Financial Compliance, Financial Reporting and Internal Audit functions. In her time with the Company, Crystal has been involved in many strategic projects, process improvements, and system implementations.

Crystal started her career in public accounting, working in the Ernst & Young and Bruner-Cox assurance practices.

Crystal graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, and a Certified Public Accountant.
