David Robinson, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Buckingham, Doolittle and Burroughs, LLC primarily working in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate practice groups. In his current role, David provides counseling to clients throughout the business life cycle. He primarily focuses his attention on assisting clients in the acquisition or sale of business assets, stock, or real estate. David prides himself on helping both small and large clients navigate the often murky waters of the legal field to help find beneficial solutions for everyone involved.

David holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Akron and a J.D from The University of Akron School of Law. During his time at The University of Akron School of Law, David worked in the SEED Clinic helping early-stage entrepreneurs with a variety of legal issues. David has continued to assist early-stage entrepreneurs by volunteering at Think[Box], a business incubator connected with Case Western University.
