Professional & Academic Experience

Josh is a senior manager in the Tax practice at BDO and a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio. Josh has extensive experience with a vast collection of tax and consulting services, including the following: S Corporation taxation, C Corporation taxation, Partnership and LLC taxation, individual income taxation, multi-state tax issues, allocation of partnership income, and ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes. Josh also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Practice at the University of Akron, teaching night classes in the Masters of Taxation Program.

With thirteen years of experience in public accounting, Josh provides tax and consulting services to clients in numerous industries including health care entities, temporary staffing agencies, construction companies, and manufacturing companies. Josh has extensive experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to private equity owned portfolio companies.
