Lewis E. “Trey” Bennett III, JD, MT, is a Shareholder at Stark & Knoll and Chair of the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Administration Group. He focuses on estate and tax planning, probate litigation, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and special needs planning. Trey also brings corporate experience, having advised clients on business formation, succession planning, real estate, and nonprofit law.

He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law and a Master of Taxation from its College of Business. Deeply committed to community service, Trey serves as President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio and holds leadership roles with numerous local boards and councils, including Summa Health Systems and the Akron Community Foundation.
