Professional & Academic Experience

Amy Miller is a proud alumni of The University of Akron, graduating in 1995 with a B.S. in Accounting. She later obtained an M.B.A. from Kent State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Amy started her career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche, then moved on to Diebold, Inc. (now Diebold Nixdorf) where she spent 17 years in various Finance and Accounting roles, including a 3-year assignment in Switzerland. Amy left Diebold to become the CFO of SmithFoods Inc. in Orrville, Ohio where she served for 8 years. She is currently the CFO of PRC-Saltillo, a maker of augmentative and alternative communication devices and applications, used to help people with communication difficulties, in Wooster, Ohio.

Amy resides in New Franklin, Ohio with her husband and two children. She has volunteered in a number of church and youth programs over the years. Now that her children are older, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, traveling and gardening.
