Susan P. Blankenship is a Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Bank of America Private Bank serving the Ohio market. In this role, Susan works with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop, implement and administer estate plans based on their goals and aspirations. She is the main point of contact for clients when it comes to matters of trust administration and is part of a wealth management team devoted to helping clients achieve their objectives.

Prior to joining Bank of America Private Bank, Susan spent 10 years in private practice at a regional law firm where she practiced in the area of estate planning, probate, business succession planning, tax and commercial law. She also spent 10 years in trust administration for a large regional bank.

Susan is admitted to practice law in Ohio and received her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2004. During her time at CSU, she was a member of the Moot Court Team. Susan received her B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University in 1996.

Susan is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland, board member and immediate Past President of West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development, member of the Professional Advisory Council for College Now Cleveland, and Advisory Board Member to the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy. She also serves as a disaster relief responder for the American Red Cross Chapter of northeast Ohio.
