Professional & Academic Experience

Frank Steininger received his accounting degree from the University of Akron.  With over thirty years of experience with PwC, he is a Senior Vice President, Chief Finance Officer and Treasurer of Civeo Corporation. He has significant experience serving clients in petroleum (both upstream and downstream), chemical, oil field services and industrial products industries. As a Manager, Frank lived and worked in Johannesburg, South Africa.  He has worked extensively with his clients in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence, merger integration and public offerings services.  Further, Frank has significant experience in SEC reporting matters through numerous offerings and IPO’s and joint venture accounting issues.

Frank is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Member of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas Board of Directors (Chairman of the Board in 2006 and 2007), Member of the Recipe for Success Board of Directors, as well as Member of The University of Akron Foundation Board of Directors.
