Tim Gerspacher is a tax partner at PwC where he regularly assists clients with general tax consulting matters, tax operating model solutions, international and state tax issues, and providing the services of PwC’s global network. Tim has extensive experience in leading global tax transformation, tax operations integration and efficiency projects, and the integration of data, processes and supporting software. “Tim is very bright and easy to work with. Tim’s experience residing in offices on both coasts and the Midwest has bolstered his understanding of complex tax issues in large markets and varying industry sectors enabling him to develop innovative strategies to resolve challenging issues for his clients. He keenly anticipates their needs addressing day-to-day issues while providing a strong knowledge of tax operations and processes.

Tim is motivated by helping people and developing new relationships. His career in taxation has been devoted to assisting others with meeting their challenges. Tim uses his industry-focused experience, including several years in private industry, to build effective teams that deliver solutions. He has a knack for identifying and developing talent and enjoys sharing what he has learned by teaching, coaching, and mentoring. He teaches “Accounting for Income Taxes” at the University of Akron’s Masters in Taxation program.
