On Friday June 8, The Gary L. and Karen S. Taylor Institute for Direct Marketing located at the University of Akron’s College of Business explored the theme of data-driven marketing at Interaction 2018, its annual Thought Leadership event. Marketing experts from NE Ohio and around the country shared their experience in developing data-driven marketing campaigns that incorporate customer data to provide both personalization and context to ensure campaign success. Regardless of industry, company size, or product, marketers looking to leverage the data they already collect to become more data-driven in their marketing, attended this event.
In addition to hearing from our amazing speakers, the Taylor Institute honored Ms. Stacey Hawes with the Direct Marketer of the Year Award.
