College Overnight Residential Experience

C.O.R.E. is an overnight program that allows attendees to explore the campus and its resources in a new and exciting way. It will introduce students to academic program pathways and prepare attendees for collegiate success through success strategy workshops and exposure to resources and best practices such as a responsible and productive social residential life.
- University of Akron student ambassadors will be there to help provide guidance and offer their own insights to attendees as they navigate the campus.
- Attendees will spend 2 nights in Orr Hall.
3-DAY PROGRAM
- Tuesday, June 10 - Thursday, June 12, 2025
- 3 days, 2 overnights
COST
Summer 2025 Individual
- $225 per individual student
- $50 deposit to secure spot (NOTE: deposits are non-refundable after the balance due date)
- Remainder of balance due May 1, 2025
- Consent forms must be submitted by May 1, 2025
Summer 2025 Group
- $200 per individual student as part of a chaperoned group
- Minimum 10 students with one chaperone
- Free chaperone per 10 students in the group
- $500 deposit required by the sponsoring group to secure spot (NOTE: deposits are non-refundable after the balance due date)
- Remainder of balance due May 1, 2025
- Consent forms must be submitted by May 1, 2025
