Curriculum Proposal System
New! Preliminary Proposal Submission Process
Pursuant to Board Resolution 12-14-25 regarding the Curriculum Approved Process, the curriculum workflow for all major changes that require state approval such as the addition, elimination, or major modification of degrees or programs including general education requires submission of a preliminary proposal. OAA completes a preliminary review and forwards relevant proposals for consideration by the Student Experience and Academic Success (SEAS) of the Board of Trustees. If recommended for development, OAA will notify the faculty to move forward with a CIM submission.

This is the curriculum proposal system introduced in August 2019.
