Biography

Dr. Oliveira joined UA in 2026. He has extensive teaching and research experience in various areas under the networking and cybersecurity umbrella, such as reverse engineering, malware analysis, ethical hacking, digital forensics, and resilient large-infrastructure networks.

Research Interests

Machine/Federated Learning for Cybersecurity, Malware Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Digital Forensics, Risk Management, Network Resilience and Survivability.
