Biography
Dr. Chen Ling is an Associate Professor of Systems Engineering in the Mechanical Engineering Department. Prior to joining UA, Dr. Ling worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Oklahoma at Norman. Her research has been funded by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Science Foundation (NSF), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Department of Commerce (DOC). She has published in journals such as Behavior and Information Technology, International Journal of Human Computer Studies, Ergonomics, and Theoretical Issues in Ergonomics. She is currently a member of Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) and Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIE).
