Biography
Dr. Daniels joined The University of Akron in 2003. He is a proud Zip class of '94, '96, and '00. Prior to joining us, he worked as a Senior Research Associate for the Ohio Aerospace Institute. Dr. Daniels has received numerous awards, including the Outstanding Researcher Award from the UA College of Engineering, the Outstanding Teacher Award from The University of Akron, the Program Manager's Commendation from NASA Orion Exploration Program, and the Passion Award for Teaching Excellence from Omicron Delta Kappa. He has also received $10+ million in research funding.
