The University is pleased to announce the following schedule of ceremonies for commencement weekend, May 7-9, 2021, to take place in InfoCision Stadium:
- Friday, May 7
- 7 p.m. — Class of 2020 (open to all 2020 graduates who are interested in walking)
- Saturday, May 8
- 10 a.m. — Class of 2021, Buchtel College of Arts and Sciences (undergraduate programs only)
- 3 p.m. — Class of 2021, College of Business Administration (all programs) and Buchtel College of Arts and Sciences (graduate programs only)
- Sunday, May 9
- 10 a.m. — College of Health and Human Sciences (all programs)
- 3 p.m. — College of Engineering and Polymer Science (all programs)
Candidates for graduation are reminded that they will have access to only four guest tickets each. Each guest must have a ticket to enter, including infants and children in laps. Guests for each graduate will be seated together in pods to maintain social distancing, therefore, tickets cannot be shared with other graduates.
More details regarding commencement will be posted as they become available at uakron.edu/graduation. In the meantime, candidates can start planning their commencement photos by checking out the in-demand, instagrammable locations on campus.
