CBA Finance Students Attend Professional Conference because of Alumni Support

CBA students Allie Miller, Cinara Foor, Layne Scheufler, Kelsey Vaughn, Gage Paul, Daniel Vujanov attended the Charles Schwab-sponsored IMPACT conference in San Diego, California. Schwab hosted several student-specific opportunities that included a panel discussion to help advisors and students understand leadership positions for young talent in RIA firms; a networking lunch with Schwab Relationship Managers and Advisor Services executives; a talent career fair; and an exclusive reception for advisors, Schwab leaders, faculty, and students. In addition, students were invited to a regional dinner to dine, mingle, and network with Charles Schwab advisors and sales team members in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thanks to the generosity of James ’82 and Diana McCool ’80, these students gained unique experiences that will enhance their college careers and prepare them for their professional careers.
