Mr. Sean P. Hennessy addressed the part-time Saturday MBA class

Mr. Sean P. Hennessy, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for The Sherwin Williams Company addressed the part-time Saturday MBA class on April 21st at The University of Akron’s Medina Campus. Mr. Hennessy shared with the class his educational background, Sherwin Williams Company overview, and the qualities that helped him rise to the top of his profession. Mr. Hennessy is a 1980 graduate of the George W. Daverio School of Accountancy and a 2011 Simonetti Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.

The College of Business Administration’s part –time MBA program was recently ranked 34th in the nation (1st in Northeast Ohio and 6th in the Mid-West) among part-time MBA programs by Bloomberg Businessweek. The program regularly presents high-level executives to discuss current business trends with the class followed by a question and answer session.
