Biography

Dr. Siuta received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Texas A&M University in 2023. Her research interests span issues related to gender, discrimination, and health at work—with a recent focus on sex-based harassment, body-related stigmatization, and reproductive health in the workplace. She is a mixed methods researcher who has used quantitative, qualitative, and social network analyses in her work. She has published in journals such as Frontiers in Public Health – Occupational Health and Safety, Occupational Health Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Oxford Encyclopedia of Business and Management. She teaches Introduction to Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Akron.
