Membership information
Membership to the Student Recreation and Wellness Center may be purchased at the information office in the SRWC. Membership includes access to the SRWC, Ocasek Natatorium, free group exercise classes, discounted programs and much more.
Enrollment
Members must enroll in-person in the SRWC on through the online portal.
The Membership Office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm, or by appointment by calling 330-972-7637.
We will gladly offer you a tour of our facility to highlight available opportunities and member benefits.
Please bring a valid government-issued ID with you.
Payment in full is required at time of enrollment, monthly payment plans are available.
We accept cash, check, debit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Parking
All parking at The University of Akron is managed by UAkronPark. Parking is additional and billed separately. Current members of the recreation center, that are not eligible for UA student/staff/faculty passes are eligible for a discounted membership pass, see membership office for details.
