Wendy Lampner serves as Director of Online, Continuing, and Professional Education. Wendy provides strategic leadership for online degree programs, workforce partnerships, and continuing education initiatives. She works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop innovative, high-quality learning experiences that align with institutional priorities and evolving workforce needs.

Biography
With extensive experience in instructional design, academic technology, and program development, Wendy has led large-scale online learning initiatives, supported the development of new academic programs, and advanced data-informed approaches to improving student access and success. She oversees unit operations, including budget and personnel management, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Prior to her current role, Wendy held leadership positions in design and development services at The University of Akron and served as Director of E-Learning at Stark State College, where she helped secure accreditation for distance education and led major technology transitions.
