About
Morrison holds a Masters degree in Visual Communications Design from Kent State University. He began teaching at The University of Akron in 1982 and presently instructs a wide range of courses in the graphic design curriculum including: typography, identity design, design x nine – the graphic design senior studio, package design.
In 1984, Morrison opened his own studio, Morrison Design, a multi-faceted design firm that offers identity design, print collateral, illustration, and industrial design. Projects have included work for regional, national and international clients resulting in numerous awards and several design patents for work in the handheld computer industry.
