Our School of Performing Arts offers a rigorous, supportive and forward-thinking education for students pursuing music, dance and arts administration. Many UA faculty are sponsored artists, bringing current, real-world expertise into studios, rehearsal spaces and classrooms.

Dance Company Spring Concert to Feature Joffrey Concert Group

The University of Akron Dance Company presents its Spring 2026 concert featuring the Joffrey Concert Group. This collaborative performance highlights works by Christine Howe, Colleen Barnes, and Bradley Shelver, alongside Joffrey repertoire. Performances will take place April 3–4 at E.J. Thomas Hall.
