Overview

Our Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales Management prepares you to thrive in one of the most in-demand and rewarding areas of business. You’ll develop practical skills in relationship building, negotiation, account management, and sales leadership – skills that employers are actively seeking.

At UA, learning happens both inside and outside the classroom. Through role-plays, case studies, and real-world projects, you’ll practice what you learn and gain the confidence to lead in a variety of industries. You’ll also have access to our nationally recognized Fisher Institute for Professional Selling, where students train with state-of-the-art technology and receive personalized coaching from faculty with deep industry experience.

Our program connects you with internship opportunities at leading companies and professional development resources that are part of the College of Business Professional Development Center. By graduation, you’ll be ready to step into competitive sales roles – or move quickly into sales leadership – with the skills, experience, and professional network to succeed.

Admissions Requirements

The University of Akron Bulletin acts as a guide for degree requirements, however official requirements are established at the time of transfer and admission to the degree-granting college.
