The Counseling & Testing Center staff may be available to provide outreach services to University of Akron students and organizations based on staff availability. CTC requires at least 2 weeks' notice on outreach requests during office hours and 4 weeks' notice for requests outside office hours. Late requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee availability of staff to provide requested services. To request outreach services, please complete the CTC Outreach Request Form. Select from the available presentation options or "Informational Table" for any event tabling requests. Presentations will only be scheduled based on time allotment and topic selection list. Requestor is responsible for booking space and any resources (e.g. tables, chairs, projector) required for outreach. Staff will review your request, and be in touch regarding any questions, alternate options, or to schedule. Any questions should be directed to the CTC staff at 330-972-7082.
