Biography
Briana Steele, MA, LPC, NCC (she/her/hers) is a psychology intern completing her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Carlow University in Pennsylvania. She has worked in a variety of treatment settings, including university counseling centers and outpatient therapy clinics. She is also licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Briana uses a variety of treatment approaches with clients to meet individual and developmental needs, but most frequently uses techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). Her areas of interest include identity development, transitions, relationships, career concerns, body image, and eating disorders. In her free time, she loves to attend concerts, learn new things, watch TV, and spend time with her cats, family, and friends.
