Where are residence halls located?
Our award-winning residence halls are located within three quads on campus.
North Quad
This 16-floor building has 21 students assigned to each floor. The suite-style double rooms have a shared living area, with common bathrooms. There are also single room options.
The Honors College offices, classrooms and meeting areas are located in this six-story building. It houses 300 honors students in single and double occupancy suite-style rooms, with both private and shared bathrooms.
This three-story building houses 120 students living in double rooms with common bathrooms.
Twenty-eight Ritchie Emerging Leaders stay in single rooms with common bathrooms. This three-story building houses the Residence Life and Housing offices.
This facility is a three-story building. Up to 64 Emerging Leaders stay in single rooms with common bathrooms.
Next door to Rob’s Café, this 10-floor building has 200 residents. Choose from suite-style double rooms with shared living area or double rooms (both with common bathrooms).
South Quad
It’s like living off-campus, but with all the comforts of being on campus. Meal plan participation is optional in the apartments only.
Up to 475 students can choose from shared single rooms and four-person apartment units. This hall is also used for summer housing.
This community of 530 residents live in shared single and double occupancy suite-style bedrooms. Many specialized housing communities are housed in this six-story building.
East Quad
This five-story building houses more than 450 students in shared single and double occupancy suite-style bedrooms. Many specialized housing communities are housed in this building.
Summer housing
Summer housing will be available in the Exchange Street Residence Hall for a fee. Students will have apartment units.
Computer labs
Computer labs are offered in a variety of residence halls and are available to on-campus residents only. In addition, the University has several computer labs across campus for all students.
