Student Refund Processing
Financial aid awarded to a student cannot be disbursed or released to the student’s account until 10 days before the semester begins. If refundable financial aid has been released to the student’s account and creates a credit balance, a refund may be issued. You will receive a refund by mail unless you have requested a direct deposit to your checking or savings account.
We are currently unable to process refunds back to credit cards. If your original payment was made by credit card, your refund will be issued by check. Direct‑deposit refunds are not available for credit‑card transactions.
Please ensure that your address in Workday is accurate and up to date, as refund checks will be mailed to the address listed.
