OXFORD UNIVERSITY STUDY ABROAD

A capstone course at Oxford University is available to senior PPE students through Oxford's Department of Continuing Education as part of their International Summer School, "History, Politics & Society Summer School" program.  Students accepted into the program take two courses while at Oxford.  Each course counts for up to 2 UofA transient credits, for a total of up to 4 credits toward the PPE degree.  The student consults with the appropriate advisor to determine in advance which Oxford courses count towards Philosophy, Political Science, and/or Economics credits, and then the student submits a "Transient Permission Form" to the Arts & Sciences Dean's Office (CAS 4th floor) to receive approval to take the classes for transfer credit.  Click on this link for more information.
