The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and the Fraternity and Sorority Life Leadership Office, where the student employees work and the Interfraternity, National Pan-Hellenic and Panhellenic Council officer conduct their officer hours is located on the 1st floor of the Jean Hower Taber Student Union in the Department of Student Life.

Francesca Manilla fmanilla@uakron.edu BackgroundFrancesca began her role as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Akron in August 2024. She joined the Gamma Epsilon chapter of Delta Gamma in 2012 during her undergraduate studies and has been deeply involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life ever since. After earning her BA in English, Francesca pursued her passion further at the University of Akron, where she completed a graduate assistantship with the UA FSL office while obtaining her Master’s in Higher Education Administration. Francesca has served as an advisor for Fraternity and Sorority Life in various professional roles and is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm back to UA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Cody and their two sons, Leo and Louis. Francesca also loves reading and thrifting, finding joy in both her hobbies and family life.
