Background
Francesca began her role as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Akron in August 2024. She joined the Gamma Epsilon chapter of Delta Gamma in 2012 during her undergraduate studies and has been deeply involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life ever since. After earning her BA in English, Francesca pursued her passion further at the University of Akron, where she completed a graduate assistantship with the UA FSL office while obtaining her Master’s in Higher Education Administration.
Francesca has served as an advisor for Fraternity and Sorority Life in various professional roles and is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm back to UA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Cody and their two sons, Leo and Louis. Francesca also loves reading and thrifting, finding joy in both her hobbies and family life.
