B.S. in Biomedical Science, '24
Studying Biomedical Science at UA provided me with an amazing educational experience that went far beyond coursework. Engaging in research was a defining aspect of my undergraduate journey. Working with Dr. Renna on the visual neuroscience of zebrafish not only deepened my understanding of the research process and technology but also taught me how to work effectively with live specimens. I had many poster presentations and published a research paper. The skills and knowledge I gained prepared me exceptionally well for the rigor and demands of medical school courses, allowing me to approach complex subjects with confidence and a strong foundation in scientific inquiry.”
